ZealVape is an Australian online vape store and a member of the AU Vape Club. We stock a deliberately narrow range of devices, source every one of them directly from authorised brand channels, and ship them from our Melbourne warehouse.
Why we exist: the counterfeit problem
Since Australia restricted retail sales of nicotine vaping products, the supply chain has become considerably murkier. Legitimate distribution didn’t disappear — but neither did demand, and the gap has been filled by a flood of counterfeit devices that copy the packaging of well-known brands closely enough to pass a glance.
Fakes aren’t just a value problem. A counterfeit device is built to a price by someone with no brand to protect: the cell is unbranded, the coil is cheaper, the fill is whatever was available, and nobody has tested any of it. It might work fine. It might taste burnt from the first puff, die at a fifth of the advertised puff count, or get warm in a way a genuine device never does.
ZealVape was set up to be the boring, reliable answer to that: buy from authorised channels, keep stock fresh, and be able to say where every device came from. That’s the whole proposition.
How we source
- Authorised channels only. We buy through official brand distribution, not from clearance lots, grey-market wholesalers or whoever happens to have pallets available this month.
- Recent production batches. E-liquid degrades and cells self-discharge on the shelf. Stock that has sat in a warehouse for two years performs worse than the same device made last quarter, so we don’t take it.
- Live stock counts. The availability shown on every product page syncs directly from our warehouse. If a flavour shows in stock, it’s on the shelf — we don’t take orders we can’t fill and then apologise later.
What we stock
Five devices, chosen so each one answers a different question rather than padding out a catalogue:
- IGET Bar Pro — 10,000 puffs across 31 flavours. The widest flavour range we carry, and the default recommendation for most people.
- IGET One — 12,000 puffs, 23 flavours. More capacity than the Bar Pro in a similar format.
- EVOK Blaze — 12,000 puffs, 16 flavours. A tighter flavour list, priced to undercut comparable devices.
- CRWN Infinity — 25,000 puffs, 21 flavours. The longest-running device we sell, for people who’d rather reorder less often.
- CRWN Pod — 9,000-puff replacement pods, 25 flavours, for existing CRWN kit owners.
We’d rather carry five devices we can speak about accurately than fifty we can’t. When something new is genuinely better than what we already stock, it goes on the site; when it’s just another rebadged shell, it doesn’t.
How we write about products
Our guides are specs-first, and we’d rather tell you something inconvenient than repeat a marketing line. The clearest example is puff count: every device in this category advertises a number produced by a drawing machine under laboratory conditions, and every one of them delivers less in real use. The same goes for our comparisons and troubleshooting guides. If a device you already own can be fixed in thirty seconds, we’d rather tell you how than sell you a replacement — the customers we want are the ones who come back.
How we ship
Orders are prepared within 2–3 business days and dispatched from Melbourne with Australia Post and trusted local couriers. Shipping is a flat AUD $10, free once your order passes AUD $99. Payment, honestly explained
We accept bank transfer only. This isn’t a preference — payment processors restrict vaping products across the board, which rules out cards, PayPal and buy-now-pay-later for every retailer in this category. Any Australian vape site offering card checkout is worth a second look. Our bank details appear at checkout and in your order confirmation email, and your order is confirmed once the transfer clears.

ZealVape sells to adults of legal vaping age only, and couriers may request ID on delivery. We make no health claims about any product we sell. If you don’t currently use nicotine products, we don’t suggest starting; if you have questions about nicotine use, speak to a healthcare professional.
